I’m not really going to say anything, I’m just going to let the video and scans tell the tale. Thanks to Panini for the very generous gift, and I’m going to debate how and what to give away now.
I will be the first one to admit that I have done more than my fair share of putting “arrows into their apples” so to speak. Sometimes the stuff they produce is hit/miss and sometimes it’s awful and sometimes it’s a hit. However despite my ramblings I will stand by one thing that sticks out very well and that is every time I have had a problem with one of their products the customer service department has gone above my expectations in obtaining customer satisfaction. I had blogged about a card with a faded auto (in a 2009 product) on a jersey portion and they replaced it with something 20 times better than the card I had.
It was nice of them to send that “care package” out to you!
